I know it's a real pain trying to recreate your favorite character perfectly, and it takes a lot of time and patience. But when you finally get it right, it's totally worth it!

some kagome design breakdown which i coulda gone much more in-depth with including ALLLLLLLL the times her bangs were straight vs current inbetween. i love how she was kinda kogal with her loose shirt and fluffier socks. after her uniform is destroyed because of mistress centipede, she isn't seen wearing it again until the toad prince arc, where it's redesigned kinda and has stayed that way since. shorter and tucked in shirt, longer skirt, taller socks.
