hopes too high, mood too low

i need to be skinny because there are so many clothes that would look so cute on me if i was just ten pounds lighter

i dont know what bodies are even supposed to look like anymore :/

rather have a headache from not eating, than feeling bloated from binging

does anybody else’s 3d have this like gap where it kinda isn’t serious for a bit and never crosses your mind then all the sudden it comes back and bites you 10x as hard and not only destroying your self image but you as a whole
