Hana was flabbergasted when catching the sight of something that seemed to be chains or something similar of any sort. She silently watched as the other female took a hold of the green chain and wrapped it around one of her arms, seemingly to be able to take them away. She wondered for what those served and if all humans had that within them at all times, if they just sprouted it out once on the time of their death and if all had the same taint of green to them or if different people meant different colors.
âStrange. Not entirely calm, but surprised. First time I ever saw a chain alike that. For what it serves? I think that I am more curious than anything, which might be a bad thing, but at least I am not spiraling into the depths of my own experience with death. I know now that they all go somewhere and donât really suffer once their time with me has passed.â Hana answered as she followed the other close by and tried from time to time look behind them so to see if the soul or chain would follow.Â
Feeling the ghost like chain around her arm slowly fade away Miru lets her hand slip down from Hanaâs wrist to hold her hand. â.. You have one too, a chain. Everyone does.â It was practically oneâs soul, the thing that would tie them down to the underworld. Though Miru could somewhat bring someone back, once their soul was tied down there they never truly were able to fully come back. âAs long as you stay with me Iâll make sure it doesnât happen to you.â She looks over her shoulder to Hana, sending her a soft yet somewhat cryptic smile. Miru would keep Hana.. as close as she could. Very close. It was a guarantee what she was doing was pissing off the so called devil and gods above, but Miru could care less right now. Slowing down their pace Death keeps Hana beside her as they walk along the city streets, âAre you hungry?â
