“I know she loves me. I don’t question that at all.” He had gotten past that doubt in his mind. “I hope she will and I hope we can figure a way to spend more time together. It’s one of the big things I miss about the indies.” He told her as he finished up his food. “The main thing is we love each other and both make an effort to find the time.” He finished his drink and sat the glass back down. “Don’t worry about Stephon, he’s going to do fine in NXT. I made it and he will too.” 

He chuckled and nodded his head. “Yeah, I’m hoping she does. We don’t get to spend as much time together as I like and that means when we do that I have to make it special.” He wouldn’t have told her anyway because as much as he liked Karly he didn’t want to chance Tessa finding out before he did it. 

Trevor had ordered the same. But asked for his to be coke to mix with whiskey. “I’m glad it’s working out so good for the both of you.” He doubted that she tormented Stephon but he probably made it look that was to pick at her. He turned as the waitress arrived with their drinks first. He dashed some of the coke into a glass of jack and thanked the waitress when she said their food would be up soon. “I’m planning a surprise for Tessa.” Trevor told her as he shook his drink a little and let the ice inside swirl around the liquid, causing it to shake up and mix the two products inside. “It’s a secret but I hope she likes it.”
