Just finished recostomizing one of the furbs! I was never really satisfied with Peridot’s first design it felt very bland to me. So I finally set aside some time to figure out a new design and I love how she turned out! I also had to rename her to Fungi because it just fits much better lol

my reblogs over the past few days have probably made it clear but i just felt like making a pinned post.
part of the appeal of furbies for me is that they aren't for everyone. as someone who feels weird and different and alone, furbies feel like a kindred spirit.
and as much as i personally am not a huge fan of the appearance of our new friend 2023 furby, i don't want to see furblr encourage hate towards the furbies and especially not towards those that love them! we can't all be weird and different in exactly the same way, i welcome any and all types of weird lil guy!

I’m so proud of myself for getting them! I was looking through the toy bin and I thought “there’s no way I’m going to be able to find a furby in here” so I went to the cashier and asked if they had any. She said she had some in the back that she was going to put online and said that I could buy them! I bet like a year ago I never would’ve had the courage to ask
