Is there a reason that depends on you squaring up with Kellan and Josh?

I could always have some words with them for you.

But then I couldn’t as easily scare Kellan despite being half his size, and honestly that’s half the fun.

“Any reason for the sudden better?” He asked her raising his eyebrows.

“It’s possible. And it definitely has to do entirely with watching Ryan Mikaelson get knocked on his ass this morning, and absolutely nothing else.” Alicia shrugged, “definitely not any returning Gilberts, or anything.”

“I wonder if she has a good gumbo. I think it could be the easiest thing for me to learn how to do. Unless you have tips on how to impress a guy.”

“She’s from New Orleans, of course she has good gumbo. I’m a little surprised Drea didn’t teach you, honestly, I’m sure she knows how to make it. I do have some though, if you decide on those instead.”

“I want to impress my boyfriend with some nice cooking but I don’t know how to so I figured I should probably learn.”

“I can guarantee any cooking you do for him is better than the sad excuses of food that Josh comes up with. But seriously, ask my mom, she has good southern food down on lock.”

Seth’s eyebrows raised noticing Alicia and how much she hadn’t changed which was a good thing if he had to say, “How are you doing, love?”

“About as good as anyone can do in Mystic Falls.” She shrugged, “better now, though.”

Valentina sighed heavily looking at the meal in front of her, “I guess cooking is going to have to be something I work more on.”

“I don’t think I’d be much help with that. My mom would though.” Alicia shrugged, looking at her niece. “Why do you need to learn how to cook?”

“Well not a single thing changed about this old place,”

Alicia froze, recognizing the voice before looking over, almost convinced she was hallucinating. “You could say that.”

I’ll try to make my boyfriend get a sense of humor.

Oh, he has a sense of humor, it just doesn’t exist when it comes to Josh for whatever reason.

I’m going to have to throw some at him now.

Teach Damien to find it funny, will you? He doesn't seem to get it.

Do I want to know why bananas?

They scare him for some reason, I’ve never been able to get him to explain why.

Okay, consider this: I talk Josh into returning to high school and we decorate the inside of his locker with pictures of bananas and watch him scream like a little girl.

I have all summer, I promise to think about it. Maybe I'll drag Josh back with me. We can be an embarrassing entourage to you and Damien.
