Funorexia!

• Morning cartoon time - Before you even touch your phone, watch an episode of a comforting show (can multitask, ofc, just not on your phone)

• Colouring & puzzle books

• Carry all the random things your mom used to have in her purse for you in your bag - Candy/snacks, crayons, wet wipes, etc

• Sunday night baths - Set aside one special night a week where instead of just taking a shower, you set up a nice relaxing bath (maybe even get some bath duckies!!)

• Listen to obnoxiously happy music - Sad music IS making you more sad, make a playlist of songs that make you smile

• Draw without needing to be perfect

• Play your childhood video games

• BUY A DVD PLAYER!!!!! - I cannot possibly stress this one enough

• Do jigsaw puzzles & play board games
