#detco #narumi is legit the best episodic characters hands down #she's like detco's irene adler imo #only appeared in one story (not counting flashbacks) and yet the fans never forgot her even when the author moved on

The anime onlys who get really disproportionately angry and hateful towards Agott's character early on (to the point where they consider it a deal breaker for the series somehow?) would not have survived the first 8 years or so of the My Hero Academia fandom.

They were demonizing poor ol Kacchan in ways Agott haters wish they could achieve, and the Kacchan haters lost in the end because of the little thing known as "character development" and the on purpose process of setting that up for the sake of an interesting, dynamic story that has something to say. Because that's how antagonistic rival characters, and stories in general, work.
