Lightweight (seriously) Henrik Stephansen broke his own 60min LWT record yesterday witha stunning 18,291m @ 1:38.4/500m.
As somebody who has rowed a fair number of 60min pieces and has never even sniffed at the 1:40s, much less the 1:30s, I am in absolutely awe of this. And at a relatively reserved SR for a LWT. (31) Would have loved to see his HR to see how much of an effort this was for him.
