i actually think it would be great if it wasn’t a sexualized relationship. langdon has probably been sexualized enough as the “hot doctor,” and while mel probably wouldn’t mind a relationship with that kind of chemistry, sometimes it’s nice to just have someone who understands you. not every meaningful relationship has to be sexually charged to matter.
