But I wish I still had the chance to tell you those words even though it’s too late. Your lips weren’t lips. They were an antidote that made me forget. Your hands weren’t hands. They were a toolbox that built. Your eyes weren’t eyes. They were a destination I wanted to ended up. And your scent wasn’t old cologne. It was the smell that reminded me of home.

The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much, and forgetting that you are special too.
