Toga was popular and important enough to appear in a GIGA JUMP COVER! She was important enough to get a solo volume cover! In every arc she appeared, she played an important role. Her SAD MAN'S PARADE literally caused havoc among all battlefields in the recent chapters! And now she sacrificed herself!!

Calling her an underdeveloped or underutilised character will never not be funny to me!

Tomura stared at the officer. The officer began to sweat. "Y-You may come quietly, or I will, uh, have to, um, use..."
