Laundry falls from the basket, into the washer as I start our Sunday chores.

Laundry.

Dishes.

Vacuuming.

Dusting.

There's something comforting in the quiet routine of it all.

I load the washer with detergent and softener, lowering the lid, before leaning forward to press the buttons to pick the appropriate cycle.

It's at that moment, I feel your arms wrap around me, and your smaller frame press into my back.

"Here you are, baby," you purr, "I missed you."

I smile as I spin around in your arms, wrapping you in a hug of my own, before pressing my lips to yours.

"You missed me," I rumble back, "I've only been 10 feet away."

You giggle, returning my kiss before responding.

"10 feet is much too far away to be from a cutie like you!"

A familiar warmth grows in my chest at hearing your words--words dripping with the sort of sincere, unconditional love everyone craves.

At the same time, another sort of familiar warmth begins to grow between my legs.

The sound of water filling the wash basin behind me is loud, but not loud enough to hide the sharp hiss of my bladder releasing into my diaper as we hold each other.

"Uh oh," you giggle softly, letting a hand drift under my oversized hoodie, between my legs, and up against the plastic backing of my diaper, "Is someone making tinkles?"

I blush as you talk to me like your child instead of your lover, but nod my head in a silent admission.

You squeeze my diaper as you reach your lips back up towards mine, planting another soft kiss upon them.

"Sweet baby," you coo, "so adorable."

The love in your words causes my heart to flutter.

"Let's get you changed."

In a moment, you're pulling away, taking my hand, and leading me to the changing mat laying in the corner of our room.

Years of being a responsible, put-together adult and YOU get to remove all that and reduce him to a docile pamper-bottomed mess.
