I've said that some of what I post is real/true/do, done it and that some are purely just fantasy for me. I, by choice, took steps from the detrans kink to doing so IRL. At any time I could stop and return to my life as a trans man or continue on reversing what I've done. I wavered early on but found a few men that helped me out. The one that did most of the work is the man who gets me on my fertile days. I'm not super high femme so those tips would be better from someone that knows what they are doing. (Just because *I chose freely* to take IRL steps, that doesn't mean you should feel any sort of pressure to do so, that anyone's path they walk is/isn't valid as I want this for me and am behind what anyone CHOOSES for themselves.)
Remember to make safe and sane decisions. It might be tricky or tough but make sure to consult a medical/mental health provider if you want to or plan to come off of something (transition related). Don't let anyone pressure you into this kink. These heavy hitter kinks can take a toll and you need to be ready for it.
