Can't say that I am too convinced by this idea. You have to blend the food before putting it into the Foodini and it has to be done to exactly the right consistency. While it states in the article that they are looking to food retailers to possibly do this onsite they also mention that keeping additives out of the Retailer made capsules will be a challenge, and if that isnt done in my opinion that will defeat the objective of the "healthy food" idea.
