Reflection on Teamwork
Strategies that helped us work as a team:Â
 - We maintained a group chat to make sure everyone was on the same page.
- We regularly met on Sunday afternoons. The regular meetings helped us to make consistent progress through the quarter.
 Mistakes we made:Â
- We didn’t consider workloads carefully when splitting up tasks, so the division wasn’t as even as it should have beenÂ
 - Our robot didn’t have a nice finish on it. With better planning, we could have made our robot look as good as it performs!
 - We didn’t use a task management system. Looking back, it would have been good to use something like Trello to track ongoing tasks, completed tasks, and tasks that need to be done. This would also have helped with workload estimations for tasks.
 - We found that working on tasks either as a whole group or alone was counterproductive. We should have spend more time working in pairs
 - The hardware should have been better planed from the beginning. Although our design changed through the quarter, we only had general ideas for what it would look like.
