How do I get into action?
I really like this quote by Viktor E. Frankl, it's saved in my Notes app, I often reread as a personal reminder.
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response.”
I'm very intentional about keeping that space very short and productive to protect momentum.
You already know what it takes for you to succeed and do well for yourself, no need to overcomplicate things or dilute it with overthinking. Keep it simple: Know what you want, know what you need, then commit fully and execute.
You may have a long list of valid excuses, reasons, justifications but the fact of the matter is that your goals don't really care. Excuses will just drain all of your energy, keep you where you are, and allow you to remain stagnant. Conditions don't need to be perfect! Do it scared, do it tired, do it alone, do it when all odds are stacked against you. Learn how to reframe quickly and move straight into solution mode!
