i'm in a good mood. I was in a cleaning mood and I cleaned my bathroom, my closet and I cleaned my bedroom partially. prior to that I played solitaire with my nice card deck (only one of the queens are damaged) for an hour and a half by the fireplace. being very close to a fire for a long period of time made me feel a bit ill, but it was all goods because I got fresh air and I felt alright after a while.

I had chicken stew for dinner. I love soups and stews, they're my favourite kind of meals because they're easy to eat and make everything taste nice. Even vegetables that I usually couldn't eat because they taste weird like pumpkin and kumara, they taste really nice when put into soup. Maybe that's because the soup changes the texture by making it very soft and the soup broth changes the flavour a little.

Speaking of kumara, I don't like it because it looks deceptively like potato without its skin but then when I eat it expecting potato, I suddenly get attacked with sweetness that I wasn't anticipating. Kumara tastes like a sweet that's gone off or slightly spoiled flavoured milk but vegetable. I just realized that I randomly changed from not capitalizing my sentences to capitalizing my sentences the middle of my second paragraph.

I think that's because I'm in a good mood and I have a lot of energy. Usually when I'm writing online, I'm tired and lazy or I'm in a sour mood; but right now I'm in a good mood, so I have enough energy to capitilize the correct things and type more things. That's weird because it's nearly eleven at night. Actually that's not weird because I usually get spikes of motivation and energy in the evenings and that energy usually carries on until around midnight. It's very useful and I usually do things such as cleaning, chores and partaking in my hobbies during that time period. It isn't very convenient though, I'm supposed to be sleeping and I might disturb other people sleeping with my evening activities.

This year has been funny, it's been darastically different for me. This year I was put into a class with none of my friends and only one other person that I made regular conversation with, a long with a few classmates from my prior homeroom class that I'm not close enough with to speak with unless I need to for working. Because I usually rely on friends to get friends or just hope there's someone that ends up sticking beside me, I haven't really made any friends in my class. Now I don't really mind that, I'm usually too focused on doing work to talk to people in classes at all really. It isn't a very big deal for me, but it's funny to me because in other years I've always had a close friend beside me talking my ear off. It was good background noise.

The other funny thing is that my preferred classes have changed! Usually my favorite is English and it's also the subject I've always done best at. This year however, I don't like English very much. It's boring and tiresome, it's repetitive and drags on. The teacher uses AI for everything. I'm talking assignments, marking our work, slideshows, encourages US the STUDENTS to use it for our work and it annoys me because it makes me feel like I'm being forced to be incompetent. I love working but I'm being forced to hold back. In the usual normal work, I'm already bored but then in English it's ten times worse. It's horrible! I'm constantly and completely restless! I don't even put effort into my English work because it bores me so much.

Then it's made worse because the AI that created the work I'm doing is stupid and gets facts completely wrong. I have two examples of this. There was this task based of an article the author of a novel we had read in class had wrote. In the article the author talked about the book, the worries they had creating the book and their own personal experiences that influenced the story of the book. The task was supposed to be a few basic questions about the article, very simple, should take no longer than fifteen minutes even I was slacking off. Spent nearly half an hour on it being pissed off. I don't know what the AI that created the work had thought of the article, but based off of the questions it was clear that the AI had thought that the article was fictional.
