here r my artfights from this year. not a whole lot LOL july was busyyyyyyy.

nooo... skull kid and hms are probably gonna be my only cosplays ill have for a good while. 4 characters is a solid roster for an unserious cosplayer. ill be wearing and re-wearing em to events for as long as they fit. if anything my next “apparel” type projects will be self-indulgent oc apparel that ill prolly never wear out anyway.

lots of fun things to do at a convention. met a lot of nice and enthusiastic people and went to a few activities n the like. if you were at this event and you spotted (or may spot) a skull kid thats beaten-and-battered-but-more-model-accurate-than-realistic with converses (didnt feel like making the shoes) then HI. your tumblr feeds a little too local.

actually i take the beaten and battered part back… be nice to my cosplay i put this together in about a week. also with zero experience in sewing n modelling And Literally Everything Else That Went Into This. its actually a miracle this thing is still intact i really didnt know what i was doing for the lot of it.

- working on a really elaborate (in my opinion) cosplay. as an amateur cosplayer. you can imagine how thats been.

- if youre a follower of my random bullshit blog you would know that my big noncreative hobby right now is playing through a whole bunch of zelda games blind.

- fitting real life endeavours into all of that. you’d think july being summer would grant more free time to work on art…

august will be a fruitful month though once i finish this Big Evil Project im dealing with right now.

as we all know the fandom is a small but passionate little bubble in the big ‘26. i always held a small hope that eventually someone outside of my circle would recognize my jash cosplays.

… whoever recognized my soul cosplay in the little local cosplay/market event that i went to today and gave me an eclipse bracelet. thank you.

i dont have living the dream so the second best thing is the original tomodachi life. currently my wwph, thdph, and tsn jashlings are good friends and they like to visit each others apartments. tomodachi life’s esrb rating prevents us from seeing what theyre really doing all together though.
