I love the absolutely bonkers lore and character implications of the fact that the fabric of the goddamn Reverie twists around the Wizard because they know shadow magic.

They don’t just KNOW shadow magic, it’s apparently merged with their being on the soul level. Earlier the Curator even says that you’re “more than mortal”

Loving how Empyrea so far has just been like “hey, you’re a weird half shadow semi divine creature from beyond our universe”

Me pulling out the red string to talk about how this is the young wizards defining moment. Someone Merle sends to help. A wizard and not a person. The later arcs calling them the wizard and not their name anymore
