I'll share my thoughts here in public. Maybe the Prototype's legs are actual stilts, not his real legs? It's just a drawing in honor of Pride Month, and Pride Month is all about parades. Stilts are tools for walking at height, which can be used for entertainment, circus performances, or participating in parades. The drawing shows something resembling a parade. So it's quite possible that the Prototype could have just put on stilts (especially since there are photos of people in clown costumes walking on stilts at various parades).
Of course, this is just my speculation, which I decided to share publicly. I'm curious to know if I'm the only one thinking about this or not?
