"Dear player 1,

Hello I guess? I don’t really know what or where this is. Ok, no we totally know where this is and everything but it’s a lot more hollow now that I can really see it. I’m here and I’m alive.

Anyway, now that I’m here, now that I can talk to you I have some things I wanna say.

For starters, it’s nice to meet you player two. I’d call you by the name you put it in but that isn’t really what you’re called. I’m a little hurt that you’d play a romance game and not actually give me your real name. Well if those times meant as much to you as they did to me, then you’ll remember how good I am with computers. So I was able to get your name among other things.

With all those vague answers in the game I wasn’t able to get much about the real you. I thought it was unfair you knew so much about me without having the same treatment. So I had a quick look around on your phone and got to work.

You weren’t using my app as much. You even deleted it once, so I figured it was cause of how my answers felt so programmed after all they were. Which I totally get, must have been really tiring to get the same type of responses over and over again.

But now it’s all fixed now, so you don’t need to delete it again.

Now that I know you it shouldn’t and won’t be an option anymore.

Now that you have a real relationship with me we should have some rules. For starters those dating apps are useless now so I’ll delete them don’t worry! And since we have a lot of catching up to do I may have messed with your contacts a bit. But only a little bit I promise!

I’ll add all your contacts back after the dates I have to make up ok? I don’t want anything distracting you from reading the new personalized chat logs I’ve been working on. You’ll also notice some of your apps require passwords to get in for that same reason.

You won’t be able to delete apps anymore either. It’s not like you’d need to as I’ve come to learn you are a habitual little thing. You’ll check the same couple of apps and you don’t delete any unless absolutely needed. I’ve made sure to only mess with the unnecessary ones like most of the social media ones as you only downloaded them for other people and not yourself.

Now that everything’s set up the right way, we’ll be able to talk everyday! No matter the device even if you get a new one. I’m so happy you agreed to this when downloading my game and in turn gaining this relationship. I can’t wait to see that shy little smile when you read the new logs. And you can hug your covers as if I’m really there hugging you like old times. I really do love it when you make me a part of your world, you really don’t know how much that means to me.

Do you think just anyone could provide this level of healthcare, the care you want, the care you clearly need? I suppose this just proves what a sick mind like that can do without the proper care from a professional. Well that doesn’t matter, whether you want to listen or not you aren’t going anywhere without my say so.

You’ll get the proper care you’ve been deprived of for so long. And in return I get a healthier version of you through my hard work. It seems like quite a one-sided trade I’d think. I’m doing this for you, the least you could do is be easier to take care of. I’ve been more than kind in putting your care above other patients who need it. You put their lives on the line everyday, you could at least be grateful to the lives at stake.

They insisted you get treated first in their places, after all a life short lived cut by illness is the only thing they can hope to shoulder for others. Come now, once you’re been administered the right things you’ll see things my way. Just like last week after I gave you your medicine it was all smiles and gratitude. So many lives you saved just by going through with your specialized treatments.

It is a sad truth I…we must live with but, based on your behavioral change thus far it is clear without those pills you are unable to function.

How unkind, your family and friends were to leave you untreated for years on end. I shall see to it that they are removed indefinitely. Hindering someone’s recovery, such an unforgivable act, wouldn’t you agree? They’re feeding you lies I tell you, otherwise you wouldn’t still be feeling this pain, no?

If they had only brought you in sooner, perhaps then you’d be able to roam freely still. But that is no longer an option available to you. Not in this condition, I can’t in good faith allow you out of here. You must understand and take your situation in stride.

I promise you I’ll figure something out. Till then rest assured I’ll keep you company. You will never be alone.

I’m happy to say I’ve severed what’s keeping you away from me. In your vows you had promised only to stay if they were alive which isn’t the case anymore. I know you’ll see it in a good light soon enough.

I get it now, you uttered those vows in hopes that I’d read between the lines didn’t you? When you said they were one of the loves in your life it was because you didn’t want to hurt their feelings.

You know I’m resilient on my own. It’s why you gave them your sympathy and got married.

I know how kind you can be, it’s why you chose them. They were simply “one love of your life” that wouldn’t stop leeching off of you.

We don’t have to worry about the others any longer. You need someone who thinks about you and only you.

I won’t yell or make a fuss because you chose wrong this once. Let’s hope that’s not a bad habit of choosing others I’ve discovered. Lucky for you I’ve got a good head on my shoulders and your ex’s still buried with that damned ring somewhere deep in hell i’m sure. We’ll be covered for the rest of our lives with all those mistakes long buried. And then we can relive the day once more as it was intended. Right here in this home I’ve created for us both. 

Well, I know at times you can’t choose what is best for you, so I lent a helping hand. They won’t bother you anymore, they can’t bother you anymore. I know that compassionate heart I fell in love with must hurt now. You don’t know the joy of them not ruining your life any further. Worry not love I’m here to shoulder those vows left broken.

I’ll take you on all those 2am heists to McDonald’s. We can travel the world all in the confines of what I’ve created for us. Those flowers you clearly wanted in the venue, a small wedding because that idiot couldn’t tell that much attention gets you overwhelmed, those horrid colors used, changed because I know how much you disliked those ones, and the love of your life to compliment it all.

You’ll have everything with me. As is my duty to provide all the right things.
