El postparto es duro! Hoy tuve un bajón fuerte de energía y no fui al gym.

Postpartum body.

I'm currently 73.3 kg. I gave birth weighing 85 kg, 3 months ago.

My goal is l, and has always been, getting to 60-62 kg. But now I think it's gonna be harder since i BF and don't want to affect my milk production.

I hope I can achieve my GW in 9 months, when my baby is 1 year old so I can look my best!

I started going to the gym 4 days ago, so far so good.

I'm gonna do it for me and now for my baby.

I'm not mad, I suffer with infertility for 5 years, 4 miscarriages and finally I have a happy and healthy baby.

But I still want to know what being thin feels like.
