My mom was diagnosed with ALS about 9 years ago.
ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is a fatal neurodegenerative disease in which nerve cells die and leave voluntary muscles paralyzed. People living with the disease become progressively paralyzed due to degeneration of the upper and lower motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. In conclusion, ALS has no known cure or effective treatment yet.
My mom has been diagnosed with ALS for 9 years already,it's been quite a long time, and eyeballs are the only organ that she can be able to move/use now. So, we want to give our mother a gift for Mother’s Day. We wrote something and also painted some pink roses in watercolour for her; we want to let her know that she’ll always be as beautiful as the pink roses.
The love of roses - be happy, my dear mom~
“Even your soul is imprisoned in a disability body,
caused you have no meaning of breath.
You love roses - and so do I, we all love you.
Love gives you a belief to be alive,
Faith brings you a strong heart to smile.
Now, every thought of yours becomes the encouragement for people,
Look! how amazed they are by looking at your smile on FB photo,
look at the roses we painted for you, we believe that your faith expands the beauty of itself.”
