My mom was diagnosed with ALS about 9 years ago.
ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is a fatal neurodegenerative disease in which nerve cells die and leave voluntary muscles paralyzed. People living with the disease become progressively paralyzed due to degeneration of the upper and lower motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. In conclusion, ALS has no known cure or effective treatment yet.
My mom has been diagnosed with ALS for 9 years already，it's been quite a long time, and eyeballs are the only organ that she can be able to move/use now. So, we want to give our mother a gift for Mother’s Day. We wrote something and also painted some pink roses in watercolour for her; we want to let her know that she’ll always be as beautiful as the pink roses.

I kept the chocolate ganache in the tart, but I added a healthy dose of blueberry preserves which added an amazing fruity sweetness to the chocolate. I then topped it with those gorgeous strawberries and blueberries, and voila! Beautiful, healthy, and delicious! We live in a vast universe, The stardust of the universe and the starlight particles in galaxy floats all throughout, We are the tinier existences than these particles. You don’t know when the direction of life would suddenly change, Sunk into a thick darkness like black link. Dragged into a deep abyss by disappointment, Trapped into a grave by illness, Trampled into pieces by frustration, You are being jeered, Mocked, Disliked, Hated Despised Abandoned. But we always have preserved a hope in heart, Keep a heart that will not give up beating. We still make tiny efforts in the great despair.
