Josef Kote Nacido en 1964, en la pintoresca ciudad portuaria de Vlora, Albania, artista contemporánea albanesa Joseph Cote, apareció una luz con el fin de compartir con el mundo su visión unica. Inmerso en el arte como un niño, el ambiente a su alrededor constantemente guió al joven artista, que vive en la capital de la industria comercial del pais y rodeado por el encanto del viejo mundo. Era el escenario perfecto para el desarrollo de su talento.

Fue admitido en el Liceo Nacional de Artes de Tirana, donde seriamente comprometido en su formación artística. Allí estudió durante cuatro años. Después de graduarse de la escuela, José entró en la Academia de Artes de Tirana, donde se graduó con éxito con una estudiante licenciatura en pintura y escenografía. En 1990, se trasladó a Grecia y actualmente trabaja como artista independiente.
