I've never felt like this before. She's so sweet i wanna eat her. I LOVE talking to her and seeing her, and i want her to like me and be my friend, i care so much abt her opinion, and i get all giddy when she compliments me. But there's zero romantic or sexual thoughts involved.
And NOW ik she isn't j nice to me bc i pay her !! We j yapped for half an hour after our sesh yesterday, and like i was reading her body language and trying to keep my replies conversational but short, as not to take up her time, but SHE kept yapping AT ME, UNPAID :3

This time she made me do this warm up exercise for hips and then she was impressed at how effortlessly i did it and i chuckled bc i thought she's j glazing yk and she was like "no really i have clients who can't do this"
We did squats yesterday, bc i needed tips for my form and that i can't ever max out on the rack like i do on leg press, bc my shoulders give out before my legs do, so she was showing me some alternative grips
Then between sets i was like massaging my wrist and she asked if im ok and i said:
"yea this is j my bad wrist, i broke it as a teen"
"you BROKE your WRIST?"
"Only the carpal really. I used to box"
"You used to box????? How much of your athletic history did u leave out??"

And not too long after that she was watching me rep and said "your bar is tilted to the left, in fact your whole posture is" and i'm like "oh yea i have scoliosis", and the same again; "WHY DIDN'T U TELL ME"

In my city pride month is september which is p awesome, that means i get 2 pride months if j i travel to a different city (which i did actually, but not for that reason)
I was dead tired and i found it funny that ure freaked out abt 6 a week. Like i was smoking 6 A DAY and that's still nothing compared to how many my friends & coworkers go through.. 😭

@ollieneverwashere i was gonna j type a comment but it was too long
For muscle gain u need 3 things: consistent overloading, fuel and rest. So yes you will gain muscle if ure eating enough protein.
SO MANY of my younger guy moots have asked me if it's okay to "only train arms", which i kinda assume ure also thinking of, and yes it's okay. I get the wanting to look a certain way, but I'd still recommend having variety in ur gym routine, like at least once a week u could do legs & core, j to avoid muscle imbalance.
Also j a sidenote a lot of ppl think spamming bicep curls will get them big arms, but TRICEPS actually give u the look. And if u want a masc upper body BACK WORKOUTS. Row and pull ups r probably the best if u wanna keep the routine simple.
Sorry for making assumptions olli, this is j something i run into a lot, but do tell me if im wrong
