i don't have any advice bc i never fronted for that long, but im wishing you luck (and mental stability)

everyone asks what the gatekeeper is doing nobody asks how the gatekeeper is doing... /silly

The most likely answer is one of our fragments latched onto it, but the thing is ehm. There's so little fan concepts that our pal would recognize it as an introject of theirs immediately 😭 they added a lot of new/personal details too, which makes it DOUBLE as recognizable. We haven't been able to confirm if this is a permanent thing or not

It is v v funny to us though. Like hey that's a cool design you got there! Would be a shame if someone were to... become it... /silly

Me and my friend kinda looked into the poem a little and they made a little metaphor which I kinda went, that can kinda describe systemhood...kinda? 'it's like a poem book that has different themes each page — can have slightly different tones and feeling , yet is all part of the same book'. I think that if you look at it in some ways being a system is like one big anthology each part is apart of the same book but all has their own story of their lives and their thoughts and feelings. It's something to think about.

But yeah, I just dont know what to do, I kinda feel like I'm failing as a host ngl. I feel like I'm finding new things and am unsure how to deal with it. I don't know how to decipher words and did thinking about asking around, but then that sounds...Intrusive to me. Like I don't think I'd want my own words written out and slapped onto a discord server for a bunch of people to interpret or sent to random people it either. I just hate how confusing it gets sometimes if im being honest. I think I spend most of my time being more confused than anything.

anon, don't think that you're failing as a host. a host is just someone who fronts a lot, you don't need to know and track down every little thing going on, you'll only burn yourself out. im sure you're doing a fabulous job. our prev host was confused all the time as well and he did his best, it's gonna be okay.

anyway.

speaking of, i dont really like the way my headmates treat me :P not because they treat *me* inherently poorly, but they treat my likeness either like im a villain to be ignored or a toy to be played with, speaking for me on issues they KNOW i dont agree with just because theyre people pleasers.

when brought up on the subject of "what if some of your headmates dont like me," and when MY NAME is specifically brought to concern as a headmate who might, they lie. when the truth is that i dont actually like you.

and when asked to link our profiles together on pluralspace, they did. not because im actually your brother. i dont even know you apart from us having the same source. not because i even like you at all. but because no one but me and 🥽 knows how to say no, and we cant be around all of the time.

i should matter just as much as everyone else. and i should be allowed to at least have my fucking alter profile on pluralspace be accurate to me and to my relationships with people. not my headmates headcanons for me or things that theyd wish would be true but arent.

i have made it. so known. when i dont like someone. but still that isnt enough, i guess. and i cant do anything about it without damaging the system, and then getting treated even worse.

oof that really sucks anon. before we had a switch of hosts our host had a major people pleasing issue and would act like that too. thing is he was also people pleasing to our alters, so it depended on the other alter being aggressive or not.

That doesn't really matter though, basically some guy was drawing something for a yearly game he plays and then I'm here and I have the urge to do nothing, be nothing and to just zone out to some femtanyl and radiohead (and other high energy music). I think I was like bouncing around a bit prior cause I'm pretty sure this dude has no idea what like breakcore is and was like 'ooh I wanna listen to breakcore' or something. But I dunno, I just can't be bothered to think hard about this.

I don't even know why I'm even typing this. I need to charge both my phone and my switch so I guess I'm bored. I just don't wanna do anything at the moment. But I do need to make lunch so maybe I'll just make some slop.

Currently I am playing Minecraft. :]

Oh- and also- I made a new blog recently!!! I’m hoping to get some traction on it. :3 It’s a system culture blog but for fictive hosts like me!

fictive hosts are really interesting haha, our ex host Neo was an exofictive of Rabbit Hole Miku so it was really fun to see him do normal stuff :]
