The chaos of the world seems to spin unending.

A nameless monster haunts the hollow halls

And yet, somehow, the silence is deafening.

The silence, they say, is only just beginning;

No whispers from them hiding in their walls.

But chaos of the world seems to spin unending.

Outside the carnage only keeps on spinning,

Brewing into the biggest storm of all.

And yet, somehow, the silence is deafening.

The quiet grows louder, reverberating

Emptiness in the wake of protocol -

Still, chaos of the world seems to spin unending.

Within their hearts, a restless tempest growling,

Pacing in it’s cage, we hear it’s calls

And yet, somehow, the silence is deafening.

Day blends in day, and night within nightfall

Waiting for something to come to claim us all.
