Ryan thinks that people don't know the marshmallows are flavored (people also think they're cheese though, so I mean there might be bigger problems). This is probably true. I am sporting this banner at today's market.

Look, I know I overdid the photo filters on these. I know.

The importance of storing your marshmallows in a cool and dry place - these cute mint chocolate chip mallows turned into the sweaty mess on the right over the course of a humid Sunday. They can be recovered, but they can never be restored to their original glory. I prescribe a trip to the fridge (uncovered) and a roll in some powdered sugar. Best used for s'mores (ie burnt to a crisp). The above were thrown into the NYC trash where they belong. :(
