I've had this in my head since I first saw the scene.
Probably my favorite band right now is Boards of Canada. Their music inspires me in some ways, but it also allows for me to think deeply and clearly at times. It's a lot like abstract and modern art in the sense that it feels much more open ended and allows for the viewer/listener to use their imagination or raw emotions to understand what is trying to be conveyed.. With this in mind, their music evokes many emotions other than simply just happiness or sadness, sometimes it can be almost scary and uncanny, something that is typically seen in visual art. And this experience is not exclusive to Boards of Canada, I feel like this applies to a lot of instrumental electronic music in the past 30 years, such as the likes of Aphex Twin, Squarepusher and Autechre. This is probably one of my favorites, though "Left Side Drive" is also on par with it. I would highly recommend listening to more of their works.
Another two pieces I did. The first is heavily inspired by the cover art for the 16th volume of chainsaw man. I haven’t read it but I heard it’s pretty good. The second is a part of a study I did of Jade unsheathing her katana. It took several tries to get the pose right but I feel pretty happy with this one. These are both from around the beginning of last month I think, though it could also be from late April.
A couple of Naoki sketches I did last month. I’ve been meaning to post them for a while now. I’ve been developing Dealer more recently and I don’t think it would be unrealistic to see a new page by the end of July. Stay tuned!

happy pride month everybody
Holy shit. Chapter "5 in 15" Days!
Two deltarune sketches I did recently, I’m pretty proud of these and I’ll probably turn them into digital pieces. The second was inspired by the “eyes blinded by darkness” line from chapter 1
A digital piece I did of Jade. Got bored a gave her a pistol as well. I don't know if she'll actually use it since I plan to have her main a katana, but I suppose a side-arm wouldn't hurt. I have another piece of her in the works, so that'll be done when it's done.
Some in-universe AFID Propaganda I did for my AP Studio Art class. A few of my other Dealer-related complete pieces were from that as well. Now that the class is over and I have less on my plate, I think Ill upload the rest of the pieces I did, so stay tuned!

Dealer spread ad of sorts that I finished recently. Might make it my banner or something. Ill probably post an improved version at some point. I just felt that It looked pretty presentable right now, so I guess you could call this an "in-progress piece"
I love how Ive been seeing people tagging Deltarune art with character tags like "susie dr", "kris dr", like who the fuck is Susie Doctor, LOL! Like I know it stands for Delta-Rune, it just sounds funny. I thought it had something to do with the joke that her full name is "Susie Gaster".
Figured I'd redo this piece digitally, I think it went pretty well. I figured id add a bit of texture to it to make it look like a piece of cloth or a flag.
Naoki with a Thompson
I figured I would stick to cel-shading for this one since I wanted to give it a sort of anime still look. I think it came out rather well.
This is Halberd, one the villains part of the organization known as AFID. I haven’t really developed much since I created them. I originally wrote her as a rival to Jade in a first attempt at a Dealer comic way back in 2022 (Which is quite outdated when compared to my current art style). I used to read IDW’s Sonic the hedgehog comic series quite religiously at the time and was inspired by the character of Surge The Tenrec for her. Anyways I never truly finalized the name and I feel like I could have done a better job at this piece but at least it feels more consistent to the other pieces I’ve done recently.

This one I am pretty proud of so far with the shading and the background, i think Magus looks pretty cool with this color scheme.
I might make changes in the background later but for now I just really wanted to post stuff.
I started another batch of pieces a while ago and have been trying to tweak them on and off for a while now. Ive been mainly trying to finalize the colors for my characters for these couple of illustrations and experimenting with different textures is Clip Studio.
This one is Eskay Eight, that one guy with the roller blades who Jack fights in the bank during the first fight. There are some changes from that initial design from then, and I feel like my art style has definently been refined since then.
