K so my neighbor got this lil babe. He's so sweet, he loves to play and snuggle. My neighbor, Jesse got him because his cousin was dog sitting and his owner just straight up left him. So she brought over the pup, now named Carmello. So yesterday, Jesse's other cousin is at the house, doing shit and tryna water some plants while she's got the dog tied up in the yard. Carmello is trying to get her attention, he just wants to play, AND SHE KICKS HIM. I got v upset, my mom is literally holding me back from scooping up Mello and becoming his new momma.* I went to FB asking for help from my friends, everyone was all 'call the cops and take the dog'. I decided not to call the cops because I wanted to give Jesse the benefit of the doubt, that he would be upset and express his anger with his cousin and such. Instead, when my mom and I brought it up, his body language got v defensive and he said he'd 'take care of it' and then mentioned he wasn't even keeping the dog, he keeps shitting everywhere. So fast forward to me coming out of the house, the dog tied up next door, just barking at me with lil puppy dog eyes and I wanna cry. Pls help. *I can't have this dog. I have three cats, and we rent and my landlord has straight up said no dogs. PS: the vid is from like 3 weeks ago, he's like twice the size now. PPS: I just wanna vent and maybe have someone tell me they understand how I'm feeling, I guess.
