Stopping anything cold Turkey is hard. When it's by forces beyond your control versus want need or health is very hard. When you get constant reminders of what you stopped and cant do shiii about it to shake the reminders is like little thorns to the heart. Constant pain. Didnt think there would be soooo many long days like this. 😔😔🙄🙄

There is a theory that it takes 21 days to break a habit or routine. Well I'm 19 days in, I guess that didnt refer to the feelings or emotions associated with the routine. #learning the hard way
