Some kind of AU in which a young king begrudgingly goes on his first adventure alone to find a dragon goddess and perform an ember ritual to supposedly save his people from a 'horrible fate', but that's just legends that his moms believe a bit too much, right? And yes, no saddle or anything, he's a horse lover. (also amazing excuse to use my made up Gerudo font)
