hi imogen, another anon here. have disordering eating myself and hearing you talk about recovery has been so positive, for me and you! please don't backtrack like this, you've come so far. don't mean this to sound patronising but I think you know this is unhealthy, and ED-like. please eat something, fasting in this way is in no way good for your system, OR for losing weight (which you don't need to do anyway)! honestly love, you've come so far, and this is unhealthy. please be safe
