A lot of things happened on the Internet last week. Memes were generated, articles were linked and re-tweeted, chat messenger windows were opened and closed. Within a few keystrokes, we were again awash in a sea of timeline posts, .gifs and friend requests. But one of the most unconventional and visually stimulating things that occurs on the Internet just every other year also happened last week: the largest most comprehensive digital art biennale,The Wrong, was launched.

Accessible only through January 31, 2016,The Wrong brings together a host of online and IRL art pavilions that culminate together on one internet gallery space. Its mission is to promote forward-thinking in contemporary digital art and act as a platform for the many, many creative talents who are discovering and fabricating online. The Wrong’s offline spaces are hosted by its Embassy Network, comprised of a number of alternative art spaces, galleries, and institutions in cities all over the world.
