People who think disliking things makes them cool, edgy, and special are so exhausting to be around. I’ve never felt more emotionally drained than I do around someone who feels the need to let everyone know they hate something every second of every day. Like congratulations, Linda, you win the Debbie Downer award of the week, how does it feel? I’m gonna go on liking the things that bring me happiness and joy and you’re going to continue to hate things for fun, so who is the real winner here?

i just…. i can’t understand why anyone would choose to vote for someone who doesn’t support gay rights or refuses to protect people of color or doesn’t believe in gun control laws or doesn’t support education. i genuinely don’t understand how someone can see people’s basic rights being threatened and not care. not only do they not care but they SUPPORT it. how.
