Imagine if we didn’t emphasize profitability to the point that everyone from grunt-level employees to CEO’s was so stressed they cry about it because their job puts too much pressure on them Like I feel way less bad for the CEOs because they actually are in a position to be able to push for changes to corporate culture but like It’s kinda like how men also suffer under patriarchal expectations and homophobia also hurts straight people. Obviously they’re not the ones who suffer MOST but bad societal structures actually are bad for everyone, and everyone would benefit from fixing them.
