ohhhh ok wait. i did some more research and turns out that the reason my tablet doesn't work anymore is because the minimum required driver version that's compatible with my OS doesn't support this model :'-) she's 13 years old now so i guess it was only a matter of time before the company phased her out, but that explains why it hasn't worked since i updated my OS. well, this blows, i was really hoping to be able to work more on my birthday art.

The bar I went to that dance party at is one that I usually go to during the day for fundraisers or socials, but in the evenings they often host concerts for local artists and I've never actually been to one, since they're usually on weeknights and it's a hassle to get to the city after work and makes the early start at work the next day pretty rough, but now that I'm on leave from work again maybe I can go sometime while I have the opportunity!

being a dog is awesome and being a dog at a dance party is super awesome. i need to go to more events like that
