ID: Reference sheet for Tellie Phone, who is a red dog-like creature with a round children’s rotary phone for a head and a cartoonish face made up of simple shapes. His facial features are all white. He has black pupils and no iris. His tail is a black electrical wire that loops three times before ending with a plug. His paw pads and the buttons on his head are also white.
On the right side of the page, there is a large fully coloured drawing of Tellie. He is smiling. Above that, there is a sketch of his head, which shows his handset ears ringing so hard they are vibrating right off of his head. He looks surprised. Around these two drawings are notes which read:
“Tail has at least three coils.”
“Only has eight buttons.”
“Any expression, but face is always made up of simple shapes.”
“Little divots to hold handset.”
“Handset is not actually attached.”
On the left side of the page, there is a drawing of a torn address book page with a yellow sticky note on it. Beneath the page, there is a doodle of Tellie sitting down and smiling.
The text on the address book page reads:
“Addresses and telephone nos.
Address: N/A - is a dog (?)
Phone no.: Still figuring that out…”
The text on the sticky note is written in list format, and reads:
“Point 1: Palette is flexible, any red, blackish, & whitish shades are fine to use.
Point 2: Can wear a dog collar.
[sub-note] Collars should not have a tag.
Point 3: He can focus his eyes, but they tend to drift.
[sub-note] Do not use this as a visual gag, or to make fun of lazy eye/amblyopia!
Point 4: Eyes can be shiny, or not.”
Below the text on the sticky note, there is a small colour palette.
