chelsea laughed softly. while she wasn’t friendly with most of the guard, heidi was different, the two have been friends for a long time. “maybe this place will be the perfect place to start the apocalypse.” she joked.

“alive, yes. well… not really.” marlene admitted with a sigh. “i really don’t think anybody will care about you writing about me being alive. a lot of people around here have been brought back to life.”

“i mean there is so much to write about this place, so many people have questions i will find them out.” she said with a smile. people reading her articles powered rita to write more. “and don’t you think people will be interested in how this place has brought people back from the dead?”

victoria shook her head. “they’re most likely sticking to the shadows until their master appears. i know some of the guards are here. things are not different here.” a scoff leaving the vampire. “a new beginning. i’ve had several and all have ended in death of people i care about. i’m not making that mistake again.”

“things are different here, people who were in charge back home or no longer in charge here. this is a different world where not all vampires are the same, like some burn in the sun and stuff like that.” she said to victoria. “if you keep thinking like that you are going to live a very lonely life, maybe it’s time to try to change that outcome. i’m renesmee masen, by the way.” she introduced herself with a smile.

valkyrie cocked her head for a moment. “i don’t think i could do piano but… sports doesn’t sound too bad.” she admitted. “do you want to be a doctor or something?”

“yeah, my parents use to always say i was a music prodigy since from a young age i had a lot of piano skills.” she said. “i do want to be a doctor.”

“i’m not the best at sleeping so i figure i just try anything. even staying awake.” well, more than anything she was scared her ex would show up. “you’re very good at it. thank you.”

“i mean, not sleeping isn’t really the best idea.” edythe said honestly to beverly. “i’ve had a lot of experience.” she chuckled.

luna smiled at the familiar face, glad to see that more were popping up around the island. “i’m sure if anyone can make them thrive it will be you, neville.” she assured as she looked around at his plants. “what are you growing?”

neville smiled when he noticed luna. “i hope you are right, i’m about worried since i’ve never been in a climate like this.” he chuckled. “nothing major just a few plants that help with healing. i don’t exactly know what is needed around here.”

chase smiled ❝that’s fine we all have our strengths. truth be told, this is kinda like a hobby. i like to fix cars because it kinda lets my mind go blank so i can think of inventions, and such. i just happen to get paid for it.❞ he handed her the keys ❝i’m chase and i am here most days, so if it stops working again, just come in, ms…❞ he hadn’t caught her name. 

“see that is more me with books.” she said to chase. “i can read a whole book in under a day and tell you every little detail, but modern things are not exactly more forte.” she admitted to him. “helena ravenclaw.” she introduced.

“ah there are those lovely manners again. there are nicer ways to say no thank you.” alice mused with a shake of her head. “ah you tak…” she was going to say she was taking over carlisle a little. “ah, okay. that’s a good choice of career.”

“it’s just something i’ve always been interested in since i was little.” she explained to alice. “and i know it’s kind of ironic, a person who is half vampire pursing a career that is meant to help humans.”

“well you aren’t wrong there. if you weren’t causing trouble then we would see flying pigs who can causes the apocalypse 

“i didn’t know demetri and felix are trying to learn how to fly.” the vampire teased. “and lets be honest, everyone knows i would cause the apocalypse.”

“i suppose so . all of this is so new it kinda freaky”

“that’s a bit of an understatement, i don’t know what else to expect and i don’t usually admit this.. but it makes me feel a bit weary.”

“well that is very nice of you thank you. sometime we need an escape from the outside world when there too much going too or too much on our minds. ”

“you are definitely not wrong about that.” the vampire replied, though for edythe the major problem was her spending too much time in other people’s minds.”

pepper smiled widely. “i like you already. i hope you showed them many times over that you are just as deserving to be there as the others?” she mused with a soft chuckle. “over the top with school… i don’t really think there’s such a bad bad thing.”

“that i did.” she said with a smile to pepper. hermione studied harder than everyone at hogwarts so that she could be the brightest witch of her age. “i don’t either, but some people did. maybe because of the fact a lot of my friends broke the rules, while for the most part i was a rule follower until i needed to break the rules to help people.”

rima had no idea why she was in the library she wasn’t a place you normal find the night class aristocratic vampire. “hmm i have no idea. it seems like somebody took the books of this placw or is like the books just don’t exist”

“i don’t know if books of this place really exist.” she replied to rima. “i know that i don’t know everything about america, but i do know the hawaiian islands and this place isn’t one of them.” she said.

“shell cottage? oh that’s such an adorable name!” giselle beamed, sighing a little. “well, it was until a troll broke into it. completely tore it apart!”

“it was a wonderful and magical place to grow up.” she said with a smile. “i can understand how much damage a troll could do.”

victoria did hate the volturi, for taking heidi from her. for destroying a chance of happiness that she had before she met james. but she was hardly going to make her hatred clear to those who could harm her. even if she was beginning to wish she hadn’t been brought back to life. “shall we get someone to eat? or two, if you do not wish to share.”

this town was so strange to jane, it was over a thousand years in the future, and she didn’t know how she felt about it. she never heard of time traveling or even an ability to do so, back home she had just joined the volturi after aro saved her and her twin. “i’m not really someone who shares, so two might be a better idea.”

for a brief second she wondered if she had got mistaken. but the more she looked at the other, there was no mistaking who she was. “renesmee? it’s me, bella? your mother?” what on earth was going on?

“i think you have me confused with someone else. i mean.. my nname is renesmee but you aren’t my mom, and my mom’s name isn’t bella either.” she explained to her.

“i’m sure if people knew him, they wouldn’t wish to marry him either.” buttercup sighed. “i didn’t love him, i loved another who i believed to be dead. it was an arranged marriage. he really only wished to marry me… so he could kill me and start a war with a neighbouring country by framing them for my murder. he also lied to me about my lover being alive; keeping him locked up and torturing him.” 

“wow, that is a lot. well fuck him.” she said with a soft chuckle. “just point me out to him if you see him anywhere, i will make sure he regrets being awful.” helena wasn’t afraid to hex someone if they truly deserved it and this guy seemed to deserve it.
