The orange gem raised both her hands up in defense. “Woah easy. Don’t mind me I’m not a threat. I’ve just been walking in the sea and I wanted to be on the surface for a bit. I’ll keep out of your thinking.” She said before dispersing the water from her physical form. “But I have to say, it is refreshing to see another gem. I haven’t seen one in..” she paused for a moment, tapping her foot. “Jee, I’d have to say a few thousand years. Ok now I’m done. I’ll leave you to it.” Though she wanted to keep the conversation, she knew when she wasn’t wanted/needed and she didn’t want to bother the gem and her plans.

Walking a ways off, the quartz say laid down on the ground below. Closing her eyes and enjoying the cool breeze that the surface brought. So much better then the sea. It was certainly nice not to fight off sharks or other sea beast that tried to get a nibble from her.

Spinel went back to her planning, she wanted to really wow the diamonds with this one. But... it was hard to think with that other gem just laying over there. Doing nothing. Except being a distraction.

She huffed, putting down the monitor for a moment. “Ya know, ‘s kinda hard t’ think with ya there.” She scrunched her face to think for a moment. “Actually... ya mind helpin’ me with somethin’?” She hadn’t had anyone to bounce ideas off of before. It actually might be nice to try it.

Spinel paused- did she really want this gem to look through her mind? The idea of it was terrifying. Would she scare Morganite away? Make her never want anything to do with her ever again? Her actions had been so horrific after all.

But... the idea of talking about it made her feel sick. She couldn’t open her mouth to speak of it. She looked away, at anything but the gem sitting before her.

He didn’t know how he got here, admittedly he was snooping around, after hearing the repeated end of the world fiasco that happened around beach city, he stepped on one of those crystal floors and before he knew it he was warping to unknown places, and in his panic ended up in this empty overgrown mess.

Well all except for. “Me? I’m ummm a detective but what I’m doing is suppose to be a secret, can you keep secrets ummm…who are you?”

“Detective? But... ya don’t look like any Zircon I’ve ever seen.”

And what possible motivation would I have for that? 

It means to rescue a lost or abandoned child and raise them as one’s own. I suppose you could adopt me first, though I’ve found I’ve rather outgrown the need for maternal affection.
