My weight is driving me crazy.

I've been knitting this forever! I'm setting myself a goal to do at least 12 rows a day, preferably more, because I'm desperate to see it turn out. I'm knitting some dog jumpers to sell, probably just on etsy. Is there anything you guys would buy? I'm not doing it for profit, just to find my knitting!

Sad day for the NHS

All drama today for junior doctors. We will have to see what happens.

I heard back from my IAPT assessor and they’ve offered me CBT for anxiety via their service with a 17 week wait. They don’t offer primary care therapy for bipolar, which has to be in secondary care (yes I know but HOWWWW)

And she suggested I self-refer to a self-management program for people with chronic conditions and gave me the contact details.

Saw a different GP this morning who has given me 14 x 7.5mg zopiclone, so hopefully that will help.

Just a bit blah.

Thanks for the hugs! Sadly I have had even longer waits for physical health problems - currently in the middle of a 26 week wait…

Good job the 17 week wait is ‘just’ for anxiety and not anything more severe!

I would recommend either changing to a gp who takes you more seriously, or approach pals. Or write to your local mp explaining your situation and registering your concern abour how others in similar situation may be effected. I've had to do all three and all been really helpful!
