There is a HIGH RISK for severe weather today (11/17).

What does this mean? It means that if you are in any of the states shaded in, that you need to begin your tornado preparedness actions now before the storms hit.

There are TONS of apps that have the NOAA Weather Radio integrated into them, as many people don’t have physical ones. Download one of those apps, or while you’re at it, download the Red Cross’ TORNADO app (available on iOS or Android) which will not only have a weather radio, but also use your location to alert you of severe weather warnings.
