The idea originally was to have a visually disheleved corpse-like Sara(Sara after the first main game) looming over a healthy looking sara whose laying in a coffin( Sara pre death game) to symbolize the loss of innocence (? Maybe not innocence. Loss of something, loss of a chance at a normal life, whatever you get the point) but I low-key hated how it looked and rage drew pre game Sara concealed in roses instead
