Hrm, a funny story….let me see…

Ok, so about a year after I met JackRammyz, I was invited to be part of a Harry Potter cosplay group with him and the rest of the SixSeams group. All the main kids had been taken, so I agreed to be Snape. But then I had a great idea for a prank. I decided that I was going pretend to be working on Snape, but show up as Voldemort.

I let one other friend, who was cosplaying Bellatrix, in on the joke so I would have some help.

Morning of the con arrives. I snuck out of my own house, around the sleeping members of SixSeams, at 6:00 am to meet Bellatrix at the train station and applied the makeup in the bathroom. I go to the con to hide and wait for the rest of the group.

They arrive and Bellatrix goes out to distract them by pretending to engage Jack, who was dressed as Harry, in a duel. As they duel, I sneak up behind him, grab his shoulders and hiss “I can touch you now Potter!” in his ear. He freaks out and runs around screaming “oh my God!” about a hundred times.

Once he’d calmed down and we were all talking to each other, Jack suddenly says “wait, you know him?”

I look him dead in the eye and say “Jack it’s me.” The slowly dawning look of realization was almost as funny as the second round of running and screaming oh my God.
