this one bit from Tom Cashman's "after the fall" special is one of those stories where when the turn happens i GASPED out loud

And Remmick is NOT the main point of the movie nor the best part

Nor is he a wet cat/misunderstood bc wtf no

Remmick is not A racist but he DOES excuse racism for his own selfish gain

Stack, Smoke, Annie, Pearline, Sammie, Slim, etc deserve way more of the spotlight bc IT'S THEIR OWN FUCKING MOVIE

and also that Annie is always right and no one should ever question her
