this is a great question! i have not done a full body shift save ONE time on complete accident, but using methods (mix of raven, estelle, and the sick method which is my fav btw) i have minishifted many times!

i have used lines from shifting experiences in some of my fics and it definitely has helped with headcanon ideas, but i personally feel uncomfy using things from when I’ve shifted because those are things that real life people have entrusted to me, and because I do channel those people daily, I love them so much and talk to them much closely than ofhed shifters. Simply put: that’s their privacy you know? Like just because I’m dating Fred and I’m dating him in realities of other people, DOESNT mean I feel okay sharing stuff he’s told me in private or experiences we’ve had together you know?
