Hi, I am a 51 year old male. I am 5'7 at 165 lbs, been in the gym four days a week for the past 18 months. I have no energy, what am I doing wrong? My routine is 30 mins cardio followed by either weights or some form of crossfit. Here lately I can barely get through a workout, HELP

Sorry It’s taken so long for me to reply, don’t use tumblr as much as I used to!
Lack of energy is usually caused by lack of food, lack of sleep, lack of recovery or too much stress in your life.
I find people usually struggle to get through a workout because their blood sugar is too low. Have something like a banana 30-45mins before your workout or a bowl of oats 60-90mins before and see if you have more energy.
