school is going so well it seems fake but i’m so mf depressed i can’t even enjoy it why can’t everything be good at the same time

i haven’t been this sad in sooo long. i’ve been anxious 24/7 for over a week it’s exhausting i haven’t slept i want to die

i m so exhausted i feel behind in all of my classes i’m always studying or volunteering or working or doing something related to school i don’t feel like a real person anymore im too stupid for my major i want to die everyone is tired of hearing me complain how do i stop being miserable kill me

i’m angry at my parents for the years of trauma but i’m also appreciative for all the sacrifices they’ve made so how do i find a balance without wanting to die

life would be so much easier if my self worth wasn’t completely tied up in my academic performance
