"Just.. Recently, I’ve had so many guys asking why I degrade myself into this job. It’s kind of making me wonder why I still have it."

"Wanna know what I think? Honestly?" Veronica leaned in a little closer to her, licking her lips. "I think; fuck those guys. The only opinion on your job that matters is your own, and if you're unhappy with it, you should change it only for yourself. Not to play Gandhi or anything.." she trailed off with a little laugh.

"Do I like my job? No. Will I get another one? No."

"Then what's the problem, hm? I mean, you seem pretty satisfied."

          “nah, dude. it’s cool. it doesn’t matter now. enjoy your pie.”

     luna sighed, looking down at her pie for a moment, before looking up at the other girl. "if you insist. although, i was enjoying the sound of your voice just as much, you should know."

          “are you even listening to what i’m saying?!”

      "......-- oops. you can't blame me, it's the pie! --lemme hear it again, i'll pay attention this time, i promise."

          “take a picture, man. it’ll last longer.”

"Am I not allowed to stare at a hot guy when I see one?"

          Meredith bit down on her lesser lip eyes locking with the gaze of her girlfriend ,”I’m sorry about everything I’ve ever done. All the times I made you feel like nothing, the countless times I didn’t show you I cared.” She says shakily ,”I need you to basically live.” She mutters gently pressing soft quick kisses to the others pale plump lips.

"Hey, babe, babe, babe-- don't be sad, okay?" Veronica repeated, looking into her eyes and bringing one of her hands up to cup her cheek gently. "We can get passed that, I promise. I forgive you, and I know you won't do it anymore, alright? I need you to live, too, and I'll try not to be such an escapist," she finished with a little giggle, kissing her slowly and deeply.

          “Never ever leave me yeah?” She murmurs gently putting her forehead against the others letting their noses brush against each others gently as she did so. “I’d go absolutely mad if you ever left again.” Meredith says a sad glint in her eyes as she plays with the strands of the others blonde hair.

  Veronica couldn't say that she'd ever been more content, and the closeness between them made her small smile unable to falter, nodding in reply to the words. "I know, I'd never want to hurt you again, and I'm so sorry that I ever did. I'm most happy when I'm with you," she replied, her hands settled gently upon Meredith's slim waist. "I'll always be here; to stay."

"Luna, please — I’m… sorry, I know this is all my fault and that I never should have even thought about letting you close to me, but you have to understand that it can’t happen again — none of it. No phone calls, no meetings, no — no anything. It could land us both in trouble — I could mess up my career before it’s even truly begun.” Tai paused, blue eyes searching the younger girl’s face for any sign of anger, “You deserve a lot more than I can give you, don’t you see that?”

Luna almost let the hot liquid welling up in her eyes spill over while listening to Tai speak, and she felt so pathetic standing there before her teacher, having fallen for her as if she was in some kind of movie. "Don't you understand that I don't care about trouble? I don't care about anything; nothing except you. We can move away somewhere-- somewhere where they don't know either of us and we can be together-- we don't have to let it end like this. I can't just drop everything we've had... it's not like we've ever been caught, c'mon."

“You can’t have those thoughts about — they’re  w r o n g. I’m your student teacher — t e a c h e r. You’re still a high school student, you should be interested in someone your own age.”

"Look, I've tried to make them go away, okay? I can't fucking help it," Luna replied snappily, though she kept her voice hushed so that there wasn't a possibility of anyone hearing, even despite that they were alone in the room together.
